  • Custom-written ceremony (20–30 mins) crafted with your input

  • Unlimited support and communication throughout planning

  • Assistance with vow writing and choosing readings or rituals

  • Preparation, lodgement, and management of all legal paperwork

  • Rehearsal or pre-wedding meeting to coordinate ceremony logistics

  • Vendor liaison on the day, arriving one hour early to ensure smooth flow

  • Use of professional PA system (headset mic + wireless mic + music playback)

  • Take-home keepsake pack: presentation certificate, vow cards, printed ceremony script

  • Travel to local venues on the Sunshine Coast included; additional travel charged separately.

  • Lightly personalised ceremony script (10–15 mins)

  • Legal vows with optional personal vows and ring exchange

  • Unlimited communication and planning support

  • Legal paperwork preparation and lodgement

  • Vendor communication and day-of coordination

  • Use of portable PA system with wireless microphone

  • Keepsake pack: presentation certificate and printed ceremony script

For couples who want a quick, legal marriage without ceremony extras

A straightforward, no-frills option that covers all the legal requirements in a brief meeting, perfect for couples who don’t want a formal ceremony.

Includes:
 

  • Preparation and lodgement of all legal paperwork

  • Conduct of the minimum legal vows and signing of paperwork

  • Meeting location options: my office on the Sunshine Coast or agreed location

  • You provide two legal witnesses

  • Travel within Sunshine Coast included; additional travel costs may apply

  • Not available on Saturday afternoons or Sundays​
